Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests only need your event QR code or secret link. Organiser accounts are used to create and manage events.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Picorae accepts photos and supported videos. Guests can select up to 20 items in one upload selection.
Can I stop guests seeing other uploads?
Yes. Choose Private / organiser only. You can also use Approve first if you want to review uploads before they appear.
Can I download everything afterwards?
Yes. The organiser dashboard includes Download all, which packages the event uploads together for you.
